    • Subscribers at the basic tier ($50/month or $500/year) may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided they have not accessed or downloaded premium gated content.

  2. Subscriber Plus, Professional, and Institutional Tiers

    • Payments for these tiers ($5,000, $10,000, $24,000 per year, respectively) are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted to premium reports, archives, white papers, strategic analyses, institutional dossiers, or frontier protocols.

    • By subscribing, you acknowledge that granting of access constitutes delivery of the service.

  3. Chargebacks and Disputes

    • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, BBIU may present logs of access, downloads, timestamps, and other technical evidence to demonstrate delivery of service.

    • Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks will be considered a material breach of these Terms.

  4. Applicable Law

    • Refund policies shall operate in compliance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. For institutional subscribers (B2B), these protections may not apply.

5. Use Restrictions

This site is not intended for:

  • Automated data scraping or bulk downloading

  • Backend surveillance or reverse engineering

  • Competitive appropriation without disclosure

  • Redistribution of licensed content in any form

Access by institutional actors (governments, consultancies, corporations) constitutes implicit acknowledgment of the symbolic and strategic nature of this content.
