Recommended Workflow by BBIU
BBIU operates with a recommended analytical workflow designed to maximize clarity, independence, and decision value.
While engagements may begin at different stages depending on urgency and context,
we have found that following the full sequence produces the strongest outcomes.
Phase I — Independent Framing
We first establish an independent structural view of the problem,
before reviewing internal materials or preferred narratives.
Phase II — Contextual Integration
Client-provided information is then incorporated to expand, validate,
and stress-test the initial framing against internal realities.
Phase III — Formalization (On Demand)
When required, analysis is formalized into structured documentation
aligned with the decision context and exposure level.
Phases may be adjusted or accelerated,
but the underlying logic remains the same:
Independent framing → contextual expansion → formal consolidation
This structure exists to serve the client’s decision integrity —
not procedural rigidity.
